Sakshi Grover is a Lead Security Analyst based in Delhi, specializing in the research areas of future of trust/security and future of work. She is the lead security analyst for IDC India, responsible for delivering syndicated, custom research and consulting engagements on next-generation emerging and disruptive technologies, such as zero trust, SASE, cybersecurity analytics, intelligence, response, and orchestration (AIRO); endpoint and network security; identity and digital trust; managed security services; regulatory and compliance landscape; hybrid working models, secure work transformation, and intelligent secure workspaces, among others. Her role involves closely collaborating with technology vendors and buyers and providing consulting and advisory services in the fields of software, security, and IT services. Sakshi's views on security have been quoted in numerous publications, such as the Economic Times, Data Quest, CRN, and others.
Sakshi has a wealth of experience in the IT space managing diverse areas, such as research and analysis, business development, product management, and client-centric engagements. Prior to joining IDC, Sakshi was a principal analyst at Gartner Inc. where she was responsible for managing research areas, such as cloud security software and migration products along with datacenter infrastructure, including competitive benchmarking, discounting, pricing strategy, end-to-end competitive landscape, configurations, and life cycle. Before Gartner, she was associated with Accenture and Wipro Ltd. where she was responsible for business development and research across EMEA and APAC markets within the TMT space.
Sakshi holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business leadership, and specialized in design thinking, entrepreneurship, and innovation management from the University of Milan, as well as artificial intelligence and machine learning from IIM Calcutta.
